PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES IN EVERGREEN, CO

Evergreen Physical Therapy Specialists, PC, is a physical therapist owned practice that has served the Evergreen and foothills community since 2005. The owners,Patty McCord and Johnny May, have provided quality care for the people of Evergreen/Conifer since 1989, and continue to enjoy serving patients, their families and physicians from Denver to Summit County, Bailey to Golden.

The physical therapists who work at EPTS have advanced training that may include Masters or Doctorate degrees, Fellowship training, or Orthopaedic Clinical Specialization (OCS) as recognized by our professional organization, APTA.

We provide 1:1 physical therapy care to all of our patients. Our team of physical therapists, front desk receptionists and administrative staff are all equally dedicated to the best care and outcomes for our patients as they return to their lives and recreational activities.

EPTS Mission Statement:
